Restore Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

Dr. Jessica has a background in general orthopedics and specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy.

I have been married to my husband, Robbie for 24 years. We have 3 children (all of whom are in healthcare) and one amazing grandson born in 2023. I enjoy spending time with my family, singing and leading praise and worship, crocheting, crafting, completing puzzles, organizing, and learning. I truly love to make people smile. I get such joy from helping people improve their quality of life. My journey in physical therapy started in 1990 when I helped my granny with her exercises after having a stroke. I knew this was God’s plan for my life. In 1999, I graduated from Wallace College as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and have spent 24 years in various physical therapy settings treating a multitude of problems. Once my children grew up and started their careers, I returned to school and graduated from South College as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Cuts in Physical therapy reimbursement have made it almost impossible for larger corporations to make a profit without scheduling multiple patients at one time. I knew I was not satisfied without giving my clients my full attention, so I decided to find a way to provide one-on-one care. After much prayer, God led me here to Restore where I could treat people with the care they deserve. I am so blessed to be a part of something bigger than myself and I approach my profession as a ministry rather than a job. I have experience in treating all disorders, but my biggest passion in physical therapy is vestibular (inner ear) and balance therapy. I have been treating vestibular and balance disorders since 2003. I attained my first vestibular certification in 2009 and my second certification in 2021. I was recently certified in Dynamic Integrative Dry Needling and Level 1 Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Please reach out with any issues you may be having. I would love to help you on your journey to restore or improve your quality of life.
